We repair what we made
Every ECOON garment is covered against manufacturing faults for as long as you own it. Beyond that, we will repair normal wear and tear at cost — for as long as the piece is repairable — because a repaired jacket is always better than a replaced one.
What it covers

Manufacturing faults
Failed seams, delamination, zip and hardware failures, taping that lifts. Repaired or replaced free, with no time limit.

Wear and tear
Tears, abrasion, crushed insulation, worn cuffs. Repaired at cost, quoted before we start any work.

End of life
When a piece genuinely cannot be saved, send it back anyway. It goes into the recovery stream whole instead of into a bin.

The small print, in plain words
What is not covered
Damage from accident, misuse, alteration or improper care — for example dry cleaning a taped shell, or using fabric softener until the repellency is gone. We will still repair it, just at cost.
Do I need the receipt?
For a free warranty repair, yes, or any proof of purchase. For a paid repair, no — send it in regardless of where or when it came from.
Second-hand garments
The warranty covers the garment, not the buyer. If you bought it used, the manufacturing-fault cover still applies.
How long a repair takes
Usually two to three weeks in season, faster outside it. We will tell you before you send it.
Send something in
Tell us what happened and include a photograph. We will tell you whether it is a repair, a warranty claim, or the end of the road.
