Product

Material and performance

What does 100% recyclable actually mean?

That the whole garment belongs to one polymer family — face fabric, membrane, lining, thread and trims — so it can enter the same recovery stream without being cut apart first. Most technical shells cannot do this, which is why they are shredded into filler or burned.

Is recycled fabric less durable?

No. Mechanical properties of recycled polyester and nylon are effectively identical to virgin at the yarn counts we use. The real durability variable is construction and finishing, which is where we spend the money.

What are the waterproof ratings?

20,000 mm water column and 20,000 g/m²/24h breathability on the three-layer shells, fully taped. Softshells are wind-resistant and water-repellent only, and are labelled as such.

Why is there no PFC treatment?

PFC repellents last longer on the garment and far longer in the environment. Ours needs reproofing sooner. See the care page for how.

Is there any animal product?

No down, no wool, no leather anywhere in the range. Insulation is ECOFIBERDOWN, a recycled synthetic fibre.

Where is it made?

Audited partners in Europe, in short runs. The mill and country are printed on each product page.

Sizing

Fit and sizing

How does the fit run?

Shells are cut to layer over a midlayer. Mountaineering pieces are cut closer than snow pieces. Baselayers and cycling kit are athletic. If you are between sizes and plan to layer, size up.

Are the size charts by body or by garment?

Body measurements. Take chest, waist and hip and compare to the chart; do not measure a jacket you already own.

Do women's and men's cuts share a chart?

No. They are separate blocks, not the same pattern graded differently, and they have separate charts.

What if I get it wrong?

Thirty days, unworn, tags on, return shipping on us within the EU. See shipping and returns.

Orders

Orders, shipping and returns

Where do you ship?

Across Spain and the EU, and to international destinations including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. Shipping is free in Spain on orders of €55 or more; every other rate is shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties in the destination country.

How long does delivery take?

Two to four working days in mainland Spain, three to six elsewhere in the EU. We do not air-freight orders to make a delivery promise.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not shipped, yes — write to us and we will catch it. Once it is with the carrier you will need to return it.

How do returns work?

Thirty days from delivery, unworn with tags attached. Return shipping is free within the EU. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of arrival.

Do you take back worn garments?

Yes, and that is the point. Repair first, recovery second. Neither is a return for refund — see the care page.

Still stuck?

Write to us. A person answers, usually the same day.
