Where we ship
Spain, the rest of the European Union, and international destinations including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country.
How long it takes
Mainland Spain: 2–4 working days. Rest of the EU: 3–6 working days. Outside the EU, delivery time depends on the destination. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day leave the same day.
What it costs
Spain: free on orders of €55 or more, €6.99 below that. Rest of the EU: €8.99. International: €12.99. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Why we do not offer next-day
Because meeting it would mean air freight, which is the worst line in our footprint. We would rather be a day slower.
Returns
Returns and refunds
The window
Thirty days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached.
How to send it back
Write to us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label. Free within the EU; returns from outside the EU are at your cost unless the item is faulty.
When you get your money
Refunded to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Original shipping is refunded only if the whole order goes back.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly — return for a refund and place a new order. It is faster than holding stock against an inbound parcel.
Faulty items
Outside the thirty days a fault is a warranty matter, not a return. We repair or replace it. See the warranty page.
