The seams are the weakest point of any garment, so by using a special tape that makes them totally waterproof, you can ride in the deepest powder or the gnarliest storms with confidence. Also all the zips in the Ecoon winter products are totally sealed and waterproof.
ECOMEMBRANE Features a microporous recycled structure to block rainwater while allowing humidity to scape, making a pioneer in first membrane breath and waterproof, 100% Recycled materials and 100% Recycable. Ecoon products are produced in three layer shields. One outer PFC Free DWR treated face fabric layer, one inner linning 100% Recycled nylon layer and the ECOMEMBRANE layer in between. 20K mm Waterproof & 20K gr /m2 Breathability

This is a Windproof Ecoon product. Windproof fabric is fabric that doesn't let the wind through so you keep warm. Windproofs keep in all the insulating air trapped by inner layers of clothes, which otherwise gets blown away.
100% Recycled material have been used in the manufacturing of this product. At the same time it is 100% recycable at the end of its life.
